*Are you sick?
We understand that from time-to-time we all get sick. We really care about your well being. However, if you have had a fever, chills, sniffles, cough, sneezing, etc. within the past 24 hours you'll need to reschedule your appointment. No worries though. We will waive the cancellation fee of course.
*Running late?
Keep in mind that your time IS your treatment. Being late to your appointment deprives you from your body's massage therapy. Because we care about not just your time, but that of the clients after you, if you are running late or miss an appointment without cancelling you will be expected to pay Magnolia in full for your scheduled session. There will not be an extension of your treatment (It will end at the originally scheduled time) if you are running late. This is to ensure that the next client starts their treatment on time.
*Need to cancel?
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of appointment can be rebooked at no additional charge. Cancellations made 12 hours in advance will be eligible for rebooking with a credit card on file. Last minute Cancellations will be required to prepay for rescheduled services.
*Right To Refuse Session:
Magnolia Therapist and Staff Members reserve the right to refuse any services or end any session at any time, for any reason if they feel that a client is misusing the service Magnolia is rendering. We reserve the right to terminate ANY service for ANY client acting in or perceived as acting in a sexual or sexually aggressive manner. Payment for services terminated by Magnolia Bodyworks staff will be expected in full, with no refunds.
